Procedure:
- Wash rice thoroughly and take a pan, pour 1/2 teaspoon of Oil and then fry
the rice for about 7 minutes and keep it aside.
- Grind the chilies, cilantro, Cardamom powder and cloves.
- Take a pan, put butter, oil and fry jeera seeds and pour the grinded
mixture.
- Fry for 2 minutes and put these along with fried rice and salt with
enough amount of water.
- Take peas, keep it in a bowl and microwave it for 2 minutes.
- Add it along with the rice and put your rice cooker on.
