Cilantro Peas Bath

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup of Basmati Rice
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 1 Full Bunch of Cilantro
  • 10 Cloves
  • 7 to 10 Green chilies
  • Little Cardamom Powder
  • 2 Tablespoon of Butter
  • 4 Tablespoon of Oil
  • Salt to taste

 Seasoning:

  • Jeera Seeds

Procedure:

  1. Wash rice thoroughly and take a pan, pour 1/2 teaspoon of Oil and then fry the rice for about 7 minutes and keep it aside.
  2. Grind the chilies, cilantro, Cardamom powder and cloves.
  3. Take a pan, put butter, oil and fry jeera seeds and pour the grinded mixture.
  4. Fry for 2 minutes and put these along with fried rice and  salt with enough amount of water.
  5. Take  peas, keep it in a bowl and microwave it for 2 minutes.
  6. Add it along with the rice and put your rice cooker on.

Note:

  • It is very good for health and it tastes yummy too.
  • It goes well with onion tomato raita with potato chips.
