Procedure:
- Cook Moongdal in a cooker and in a pan pour oil, add mustard seeds and let
it splutter and add uradhdal, jeeraseeds to it.
- Add finely chopped onions and sauté till brown and add then
tomatoes.
- Add beans, carrot, peas, potato and cook it till done.
- Add cooked moongdal, turmeric powder, salt.
- Grind the grinded paste and add sambar
powder to it.
- Allow it to boil for 5 to 7 minutes.
