Procedure:
- First fresh Yam, cut in to very small pieces, and
then wash it thoroughly so that to remove the sand in it.
- Take a Pan, heat it, Pour Enough Oil.
- Put the Yam in to the Oil and add turmeric powder,
redchilli powder, asafoetida and salt.
- Keep it in a low flame so that it gets
heated at a constant temperature.
- Cook till it is fully done and let it get
roasted.
