Procedure:
- Put Besan in a bowl add enough water, curd to it in order to form dosa
batter.
- Take a pan with a little oil, fry mustard seeds, jeera seeds.
- Add finely chopped onions, and green
chillies.
- After it is fried, add these onions and
chillies in to the besan and salt to
taste.
- Mix it well so that lumps are not formed. Finally add curry leaves and
coriander leaves.
