Kadalai Mavu Dosa or Besan Dosa 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of Besan
  • 2 tablespoon of curd
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 10 Green chilies
  • 2 Tablespoon of Oil
  • Salt to taste

For Seasoning:

  • Mustard seeds
  • Jeera seeds
  • Curry Leaves
  • Coriander Leaves

Procedure:

  1. Put Besan in a bowl add enough water, curd to it in order to form dosa batter.
  2. Take a pan with a little oil, fry mustard seeds, jeera seeds.
  3. Add  finely chopped onions, and green chillies.
  4. After it is fried, add these onions and chillies in to the besan and salt to taste.
  5. Mix it well so that lumps are not formed. Finally add curry leaves and coriander leaves.

Note:

  • It is a very good source of protein.
  • If you want  additional  taste add coconut.
