Procedure:

Soak black eye peas over
night and then pressure cook until 2 to 3 whistles or u can microwave it for
15 minutes.

Then take a pan add oil, add
mustard seeds and allow it to
splutter.

Then add uraddal and add black eye peas.

Then add greenchillies, redchillies, salt, asafoetida, and turmeric
powder.
-
Allow it to boil for 2 to 3 minutes and finally Coconut
and add curry leaves.
