Curry Powder |

Ingredients:
- 1 Cup of ChannaDal or Bengal gram
- 11/2 Cup Dhania or
coriander seeds
- 1/2 Cup Red chilly
- Salt as needed

Procedure:
- Take a Pan, dry roast the channa
dal and dhania till it gets brown.
- Fry red chillies separately and allow it to cool down.
- Grind it in the mixie or food processor.
