Curry Powder

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup of ChannaDal or Bengal gram
  • 11/2 Cup Dhania or coriander seeds
  • 1/2 Cup Red chilly
  • Salt as needed

Procedure:

  • Take a Pan, dry roast the channa dal and dhania till it gets brown.
  • Fry red chillies separately and allow it to cool down.
  • Grind it in the mixie or food processor.
