Procedure:

Cut Brinjal length wise,
keep it in water, so that it doesn't turn to be black.

Take a pan, heat it,
pour oil, fry mustard seeds, uraddal, channadal to it.

Put cut brinjal and then
turn the gas to low flame.
-
Till becomes soft keep
it in a low flame pour oil as when necessary.
-
Then add curry powder,
redchilli powder and Salt.
-
Till it blends and till
it gets roasted keep it in pan.
-
Then finally garnish
with curry leaves
