Procedure:
- Wash rice, thoordal, channadal,
uradhdal and soak for an
hour.
- After an hour grind it with little water, greenchillies, asafoetida,
ginger and salt but don't grind too softly, grind coarsely.
- Take a pan, pour oil for about 4 inch to 5 inch and let it heat.
- And slowly add the batter to it and it should deeply fry and take out when
it is brown.
