Procedure:
- Take a Mixie or Food Processor and pour buttermilk, water.
- Add green chillies, ginger paste,
asafoetida,salt, curry leaves and
coriander leaves
- Grind it in the mixie. Keep it aside.
- Take a pan, put ghee add mustard seeds and allow it to splutter and
add it to the buttermilk.
