Onion Tomato Raita

Ingredients:

  • 1 Big Onion 
  • 2 Big Tomatoes or Tomato puree
  • 3 GreenChillies
  • 1 Cup yogurt
  • Salt to taste

For Seasoning:

  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • Little mustard
  • Coriander leaves

Procedure:

  1. Take a bowl, put Yogurt, Salt, cut Greenchillies and add finely chopped Onions in to it.
  2. Take a wok and boil the tomatoes with enough water, in order to peel the skin and cut it in to small pieces.
  3. Now take another pan, pour little oil and fry mustard seeds and add the tomato puree or the pieces of tomato.
  4. Fry it for 2 to 3 minutes. And allow it to cool down.
  5. Then add these in to the yogurt and garnish with coriander leaves and keep it in the fridge and serve chilled.
