Procedure:
- Take a bowl, put Yogurt,
Salt, cut Greenchillies and add finely chopped Onions in to it.
- Take a wok and boil the
tomatoes with enough water, in order to peel the skin and cut it in to small
pieces.
- Now take another pan,
pour little oil and fry mustard seeds and add the tomato puree or the pieces
of tomato.
- Fry it for 2 to 3
minutes. And allow it to cool down.
- Then add these in to the
yogurt and garnish with coriander leaves and keep it in the fridge and serve
chilled.
