Procedure:
-
Boil Potato in a cooker and then peel the
skin or else without boiling cut in to pieces.
- Cut the boiled potatoes in to pieces and keep aside.
- Pour Oil in a pan, heat it, add mustard seeds after it splutters add
uraddal, channadal and keep it till gets brown.
- Add the Cut pieces of potato and add salt, riceflour, chilly powder, curry
powder and
then mix it well.
- And let it stay in the pan for 20 minutes with constant stirring, if you
want deeply fried potato add some more amount of oil.
- Till it gets roasted let it stay in the pan and finally add curry leaves
and coriander leaves.
