Procedure:

Grind the Roma tomatoes
in a mixie or food processor. Sieve the tomatoes in order to get the juice.

Take a Wok or Pan, heat
it, Pour Oil, fry mustard seeds.

Then add the tomato
juice, red chilly powder, asafoetida, turmeric powder and salt.
-
Simmer the gas and keep
it for at least 30 minutes.
-
Till it shrinks and the
oil comes on the top keep it in gas.
