Fried Vegetable Bath

Ingredients:
  • 1 Cup rice  
  • 1 Cup  Beans
  • 1 Cup Carrot
  • 1/2 Cup Peas
  • 1 Potato
  • 4 Teaspoon of  Curry Powder
  • 4 Tablespoon of Oil

For Seasoning:

  • Mustard Seeds
  • Urad dal
  • Channa dal
  • Curry Leaves

Procedure:

  1. Wash rice and remove the water in it and fry rice for about 7 minutes and then pour water and cook the rice.
  2. Take a pan, Pour Oil add mustard seeds and allow it to splutter.
  3. Add  urad dal, channa dal, and let it become brown.
  4. And add Beans, Carrot, Peas and  Potato.
  5. Fry until  it is done and then add curry powder in to the vegetables.
  6. Mix the rice along with vegetables.

Note:

  • It goes well with cucumber raita.
