Procedure:
- Take pumpkin and grate it with a
grater and add salt.
- Take a pan, heat it and add little ghee or oil.
- Add mustard seeds and after spluttering add
uraddal, chopped greenchillies,
coriander powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida and curry leaves.
- Finally Mix them well with pumpkin and garnish with coriander leaves
